The food is decent but it could definitely use more flavor, is very plain. The place looks clean, the employees are very clean and presentable.

Slow service. But everything is usually clean and cooked when ordered and cooked well. The taste in food is not as great as it was when they first opened, but it still is by far one of the best places in Palmdale/ Lancaster to get Mexican food. The prices are also increasing, but still bearly worth it. ;)

Very poor service. I called to make an order over the phone and everytime I called the line was busy. Mind you, I called for about 10 minutes. When I finally was able to reach somebody, the man placed me on hold for another ten minutes while he keep taking orders. After 10 minutes, he finally picked up the phone. I as well wanted to make him wait as he made me wait 10 minutes on the line.. he acted like he couldn t hear me after I went off of him for being unprofessional. He kept saying Hello, Hello?! With an attitude. So I decided not to place an order anymore. Their food is too good for them to have poor service. Never again will I order from them again.

Really good. Food is amazing! Im not gonna lie... The wait takes longer than expected. HOWEVER, the food is spectacular and hot. Everyone is friendly and patient. No matter what is going on or how crowded the restaurant is... The FOOD IS AMAZING!! Overall this place is well worth the food.

Sorry to say, but this will be our last time eating here, after its been our spot for a few years now. We placed our order and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes or something like that we got there, paid and were told theyd bring it to our car. We had to go in twice!l, to see where our food was! We were there for like 25 minutes waiting for food we ordered an hour ago at that point. Icing on the cake was....they got my husbands wet burrito order wrong. Did I mention their wet burritos are now almost $15!!! Say what? Food was underseasoned, I had to add so much salt and lime also my burrito was mostly rice. So yeah we are done with them.

Tasty food, if you have 45 minutes to wait. Everything is freshly made, which almost makes it worth the wait. Highly suggest calling in your order at least 30 minutes before you think youll be hungry, and your wait time will only be another 20 minutes. Coffee is terrible. Stick with their aguas frescas, because their coffee tastes like a four year old made it three days ago.

In all honesty, the food is good but I wouldnt say its the best in palmdale. Mi ranchito on 47th is just as good. Been there 3 times already and 3 times it took way too long to get my food. This last time it took them over an hour and the place was empty when I walked in. It takes them about 10 to 20 minutes per person to take their order. The owner or manager always walks around with a stank look on his face and could care less about providing good customer service. If you look into the kitchen you see how slow the people work back there. Its great and all but for the wait and the ridiculous prices.. Ill just go to some fancy restaurant.

Food is good but the owner doesnt invest on more people to work there..because the food takes forever to get it. Ordering by phone is impossible I have to order somewhere else many times because the phone is busy all the time. I love the food but not worth the wait and is very inconvenient not been able to order by phone.

Authentic style mexican food made by actual mexicans ,taquitos werent that good (very dry) but everything else was really good. They put bilingual people in the front for waiting and cashiering which is great ,they are very attentive and you do not wait forever ....Ill be back for sure.

Going in, I had very high expectations because it had all the components of a really good authentic mom and pop shop. Im not a huge salt guy, but it seemed like the rice, tortillas, and chicken could have used an extra helping. Im definitely going to go back and try it again though. The prospect of delicious homemade tortillas is too good to pass up.
